To accept a delivery you must be home when the driver arrives.

Wine Group has dedicated delivery days of the week and your order will be delivered on the day that you choose or the next available

 

1. Packaging

Before we dispatch your order we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition. 

 

1. Returns Policy

Wine Group is unable to offer refunds. Once the goods have been dispatched to you they become your property. Once they are delivered they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or damage. If in the unlikely event of the incorrect item being packed please contact us of receipt of your order and we shall arrange for a store credit which will be valid for 6 months
